What are cotton plush dolls?

Cotton dolls are FANMADE dress-up plushies designed by fans, made using minky plush fabrics and filled with cotton stuffings.

Are the dolls handmade?

All dolls are about 20% machine-made and 80% handmade.

An embroidery machine is used to embroider the doll's face and body. The doll is then sewn together and stuffed by hand.

Can a 20cm doll fit a 15cm outfit?

No. The clothes would be too small to fit the doll. Likewise, a 15cm doll would not be able to fit a 20cm outfit as the clothes would be too big.

Please check carefully before purchasing the clothes as there will be no refund/exchange! Feel free to message us if there is an outfit without the right size for your doll - we can help to look for the right size or suggest something similar.

Can you wash the doll in a washing machine?

Yes, but it is not recommended.

What is the status of my order?

You can enter the tracking number here to trace your parcel.

We will send you an email with the tracking number once the parcel has been picked up and processed by the carrier.

Where do you ship?

We ship from Singapore.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We take about 2 to 3 days to prepare your order for instock items, and about one month to prepare for pre-order items.

We consolidate orders and ship once per week, on Monday.

Shipping methods

We send all parcels by airmail with tracking through our local postal service (Singapore Post).

Premier Delivery Shipping

It is possible to request for express shipping to deliver parcel within a week.

It is however not recommended due to the high costs (e.g shipping to the US can be as high as $70SGD ~ $50USD for a small parcel). Please contact us if you require such services, and we will calculate the additional shipping costs for you ଘ(੭˃ᴗ˂)੭

What to do when item is marked "delivered" but I did not receive it?

One possible scenario may be that the parcel may have been marked as delivered by mistake by the post office.
In this case, people usually receive their package within the next few days.

If the postal code where the parcel has been marked as "delivered" is different from your address, you can contact your local post office for assistance. They will redeliver the parcel to you within two weeks.


Which currency will I be charged in?

All final transactions will be made in Singapore dollars ($SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay is accepted in our store.

Do you offer payment plans?

No. We do not do reservations for items either, there's too many people reserving the item and ghosting afterwards (╥﹏╥)

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it's placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Lost mail

A full refund will be given when there is evidence that the carrier have lost the parcel (づ ᴗ _ᴗ)づ
