You can also send in your doll design*, please note that the design has to be done by you. We WILL reject stolen art.
*There are certain requirements for the submitted artwork. Please refer to the photo in the listing for more information.

All custom dolls are handsewn by me, I can give suggestions and recommendations on your doll design if you would like me to 😃

Doll Production Procedure:
1. Top-up additions (if any). 
- Additional color for animal ears/animal tail color - $10SGD per color

2. Choose your preferred skin color, hair type, hair color, body type and palm posture. 

3. Confirm if you would like us to choose the embroidery thread colors or if you would like to choose them yourself.

4. Check digitized design
We will send you a photo of the embroidery design before embroidering. You can make minor changes to the design here (e.g move the mouth higher).
We will only proceed to embroider once you have confirmed the design.
**NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER CONFIRMATION.**

5. Check embroidered product
We will send you a photo of the embroidered doll face for you to check.
There will be additional charges if you would like to change the embroidery design or thread colors used for embroidering.
We will only proceed to stich up and complete the doll once you have confirmed the embroidery.
**NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER CONFIRMATION.**

6. Check finished product
We will send you a photo of the completed doll. 
We will only send out the doll after your confirmation.
**NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER CONFIRMATION.**

Total Production time: 2 months 
-> Digitizing Design - about 1 week
-> Embroidering Doll - about 2 week
-> Completing Doll - about 4 ~ 6 weeks

Shipping to US/UK/Europe - 2 ~ 3 weeks average from dispatch date, depending on postal services processing. 

Please take these timing into consideration when purchasing. These cotton dolls are handmade with many details, we would need time to make the ideal doll for you.
